About purchasing accessories？
If you use it outside during： truck, controller, battery, tire, motor or other parts are damaged, please contact us first.
A: Within 6 months：
If it is not human damage：we will replace the parts for you free of charge.
If it is man-made damage： We will provide you with the official parts purchase link to assist you in replacing and repairing your skateboard.
B: Outside of 6 months：
We can still provide you with an official parts purchase link to assist you in replacing and repairing your skateboard.
About shipping time？
We offer air freight service to our customers worldwide, from the time you place your order to the time you get your skateboard, the total time is 10-15 working days
Are the boards waterproof?
The water-resistance of the skateboard is IP55, which is resistant to splashes and dust under normal conditions, but if you ride in a puddle or where the water level is high, or even immerse your skateboard in water, the water is likely to enter the electrical parts and damage the part.
Please do not ride in the rain or any wet ground with water, this will cause a high risk of water damage and may cause the motor bearings to rust and make noise.
